This is one of the most prominent chiropractic care treatment centers that has been in existence since 1998. Some specific issues like neck, back, shoulder, sciatic nerve pain, spinal manipulation, etc., are being cured by them.
You might wonder why this well-established chiropractic care would need us to apply search engine optimization techniques.
With the increasing number of health issues in people nowadays, there are numerous effective treatments as well. SEO is considered one of the most significant business growth and development tools. The client had a well-performing website already on which they wish to increase the lead count and the traffic organically. When we started working on this project the traffic was approx 500+ visitors monthly which later enhanced to approximately 2000+.
Chiropractic care is something that people are searching for quite frequently, and that frequency has only increased over the years.
Our goal was to provide SEO works for chiropractic practices which increases and more applications of patients. We initially focused US-based audience and generate backlinks based on their interest. It took approximately more than ten months to get the traffic from 500 to 2000+ visitors per month, With a DA of 36. No black hat SEO techniques were used during the website SEO operations.
How did we help the performance of Its online presence?
- Outreaching: Outreaching is considered one of the best practices for reaching potential viewers and customers. We used the best SEO practices and techniques to outreach through the best websites. These were the websites that belonged to the health niche of the USA with extreme traffic.
- 10-15 guest posts per week: Our practices took a significant turn, and we could easily convert 10 to 15 outreach guest posts every week. For an amazing niche like health, we had to strive to get the most potential websites with excellent quality to generate potential real-time traffic.
- Paid Niche specific citations: The most significant task that we have done is paid citations for the same industries to our Niche located in the United States. Powerful add-ons enhanced the authority for these NAP citations, making the site even more impactful for local SEO.
- Niche-specific directory listing: We sourced some of the best niche-specific directories. This resulted in more exposure and an increase in the number of online appointments.

Generated some USA-based traffic which was a big deal for us as we had to seek websites with high traffic, approximately 10,000+ and DA 50+. We somehow managed to meet the specifications and research potential websites that could also fulfill our requirements.
Process of identifying the issues related to the site:
- Site audit: We conducted a technical site audit. Site audit involved checking penalties, identifying broken backlinks/links, toxic backlink identification, checking schema markup, Header tags, and duplicate or missing meta details. We covered these points in phase 1 of the technical audit. We create a complete analysis and make a proper checklist for all the necessary improvements and implementations.
- Competitor analysis: For a business like chiropractic care, the competitors are less but of great potential, which is why we had to critically analyze all sorts of competitors in the industry and study their optimization techniques for excelling our practices.
- Glitch identification: There were many glitches like improper keyword strategy and missing internal linking.
Top Approach used by us
- Link building: Link building turned out to be the best strategy as we could organically reach many potential customers organically and increase the website traffic to a considerable extent. This is because of the outstanding quality and informational content which we delivered to the audience through various websites.
Challenges and tasks that make us more positive about it :
- Google algorithm updates: While working for the website, three major google algorithm updates took place. We adopted the updates and optimized future work in the same manner. Even then, we managed to keep the website and traffic going on. The reach and the organic traffic still kept rising even after consistent updates, as mentioned in the image below.
- Keyword ranking: We consistently focused on developing content with the potential and majorly searched keywords (LSI). As visible in the image below, we managed to get approximately 75.6k keywords ranking.
- Link filtration(Toxic Backlinks Analysis): There are certain links on the website which were not potential enough or toxic for the website. Filtering them out was our first task, as it could create unwanted blockage on the website.
RESULTS:
The chiropractor care business is thriving and regularly sets new goals to continue to expand. The company was able to attract new patients from increased online visibility achieved through chiropractic SEO. The client got terrific reviews from the patients.
